🕒 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 4–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer flat-rate shipping based on your location and product type. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping:

📦 Digital Downloads

If you're purchasing digital files (SVGs, PNGs, templates, etc.), they will be available for instant download after checkout. No physical product will be shipped.

🧾 Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

❗ Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx), weather, or customs for international orders.
