This extended commercial license gives you the permission to:

• use a purchased design from Midday SVG to create a finished retail product for sale online or in a store an unlimited number of times.

• Sell on print on demand sites, or use print on demand printing methods.

• Sell the design as Printed Transfers - If you are interested in using Midday SVG’s designs to sell printed transfers such as (must be physical items, not digital)

- SCREENPRINT TRANSFERS
- SUBLIMATION TRANSFERS
- IRON-ON TRANSFERS
- STICKERS

• License Does Not Expire

* It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the USPTO trademark database for trademarks before selling any items with our designs. We check our designs periodically, however, with people trademarking phrases every day, it’s possible that a saying or phrase we use will be trademarked in the future. It’s best to continue to check the phrases you use on items you sell throughout the year.

* Our designs (whole or in part) may not be copyrighted or trademarked, incorporated into any digital product for resale, sold as a transfer or stencil, or digitized for embroidery. (for personal use or resale of a physical item)

Please do not claim the design as your own. This license does not give you the rights to resell the design or any part of the design as a digital design file/or downloadable file.
